Cochran backs McCain, likes both candidates ‘very much’ (Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal)

TUPELO - Sen. Thad Cochran, the state’s senior U.S. senator, said Thursday that he supports fellow Republican John McCain for president, but he also believes Democrat Barack Obama has attributes that would make him a success in the White House.
